How you'll benefit

The precision investment casting process offers you advantages in many respects.

Economic production
Speed
Low further processing costs
Small series
Highest precision

Advantages of BÜRSTLEIN

Qualified consultants
Experienced in design and in practice
Internal and external tool production
Highest quality controls
Wide range of cast materials
Rapid prototyping
In-house machining
One-stop partner

Efficiency

The more complex the component is, or the more difficult it is to machine, the more favourable the choice of precision investment casting process is for you.
The ability to cast ready-to-install parts ensures the highest degree of commercial use. For parts that have to be further processed by CNC machining, the excess material to be removed is reduced to a minimum. This saves both the material and the processing time.
BÜRSTLEIN also offers other advantages such as:
- Just-in-time delivery
- Disposition storage
Each product history has its own sequence even though the result may be very similar.
The desired reliability can only be achieved by carefully processing all part sections. First and foremost, your ideas and needs are followed by an assessment of the technical possibilities for implementation and by a calculation.
Our experience in design, simulation and prototyping ensuresthat you get a tailor-made product.

Data Exchange

Today, CAD data is typically the basis of efficient work. We are aware of the sensitivity of these data and we handle them carefully.

In order to facilitate the transfer of data, we will offer our partners a secure data exchange on our Germany-based servers from the end of July 2017.
Please request a username and password for your individual access.

Further Processing

As a one-stop partner, BÜRSTLEIN offers you a complete range of processing options.

CNC machining
Heat treatment
Chemical surface treatment
Surface finishing
Galvanic processing

We work with certified, long-standing partners for CNC machining.
Since 2017, it has been an in-house operation with our own 5-axis machining centre from Haas.

Ready for installation

To meet the growing demand for ready-to-install solutions, Bürstlein has already established a network of mechanical processing, surface treatment and thermal treatment specialists.

These specialists help us create built-in casts, which we are increasingly adding to complete, assembled components,
saving our customers time and money.

Advice

An important difference is the grounded and qualified advice with which we provide our customers.
We, the BÜRSTLEIN team, define advice as the search for the best solution for our customers. All aspects are considered in our internal discussions while we prepare a project. The VoS (View of Sale) is irrelevant here; instead, we only use the VoP (View of Purchase).
If appropriate, we invite external scientific experts to our discussions to make sure we account for all eventualities.
We sound out every relevant factor in these intensive discussions. Work begins only once we are satisfied that there are no more open questions we could reasonably discuss.
